My name is Philipp Beigl,
I’m a 28 year old Goalkeeper for New Mexico United.

I was born in Türkheim, Germany and started playing soccer when I was four years old. I was blessed to grow up in close proximity to FC Bayern München and was inspired by then-Goalkeeper, Oliver Kahn.

At age 13, I signed with the U-13 Team for FC Memmingen
(4th Division/ Regionalliga Süd) and continued to play for all of their youth teams until I made my debut for the First Team when I was 17.

After seven seasons with the first team of FC Memmingen, I transferred to TSV Landsberg (Bayernliga Süd), where I played for a successful two years.

I moved to the United States after meeting my wife, Margo. I am currently in my second season with New Mexico United in the USL Championship League, where we made it to the playoff semi-finals last year.

In our free time, we enjoy traveling, exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with our dog, a boxer named Winston.
